Susan G. Komen 3 Day walk - Help end breast cancer

---------- Forwarded message ----------
From: Roni Moore <ronicornelia@hotmail.com>

Hi Everyone,
As you know - I am doing 60 miles in 3 days for the Susan G. Komen organization. I really do not mean to keep bugging everyone about donations.  Any donation is important  - it goes to helping find a cure. Also - it is a tax write off.  :-)    (hey - every little bit counts)

Our group, "Trekking for Tridle" has done quite a bit of fundraising yet, I still need donations to be able to walk the end of November.

As a team we decided to walk for Michelle Tridle - to support her and to find a cure, unfortunately she lost her battle with cancer.  We are now walking in memory of Michelle - I wish there was a cure.
It affects so many people.
This is an important and worthy cause -- it is important to me since I have known quite a few women and their friends and family that breast cancer has affected and if we can raise money so others do not have to go through it, it is worth it. Also, I will be dedicating a lot of hours to fund raising and training for the walk.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, any donation would be appreciated. (You can also donate via the link on my FaceBook page)

This year, I'll be participating in a very special event called the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure.

I'll walk 60 miles over the course of three days with thousands of other women and men. Net proceeds from the Komen 3-Day for the Cure are invested in breast cancer research and community programs.

I've agreed to raise at least $2,300 in donations. I've set my personal goal at $2300.00. So I need your help. Would you please consider making a donation of any amount? Keep in mind how far I'm walking - and how hard I'll have to train. You can give online at The3Day.org. Just follow the link below to visit my personal fundraising Web page and make a donation. You can also call 800-996-3DAY to donate over the phone.

We are walking for Michelle Tridle (she was a PA at St. Joseph's Hospital) , she recently passed away from cancer. Our team name is Trekking for Tridle.

One person is diagnosed with breast cancer every three minutes in the United States. That's why I'm walking so far. To do something bold about breast cancer. I hope that you'll share this incredible adventure with me - by supporting me in my fundraising efforts.

Thank you in advance for your generosity!

Sincerely,
Roni
