A lady calls the police to report her husband is missing. The police
arrive and ask for a description. She tells them he's 6 foot 2 inches
tall, blonde wavy hair and has a smile that makes everybody love him.
The police then go to the next door neighbor to verify this report and
the lady next door tells the police, "You can't believe her. He's 5
foot 4 inches tall, has no hair and he wears a perpetual frown on his
face." The neighbor then goes and asks the lady why she gave the
police such a false report. She replies, "Just because I reported him
missing, doesn't mean I wanted him back!"

Acoustic Couti's June

This past Tuesday Bret and Phil were interviewed by Robert Poole at KMAS radio for their upcoming Sunday 8:05 broadcast on their songwriter forum.  Besides informational tid bits there are 9 original songs written and performed by Bret Holtz and Phil Hansen of Acoustic Couti.  Listen in at 8:05 on Sunday Evening at KMAS.com 1030 on your AM dial or listen in to the streaming version on the Internet.  Go to KMAS.com, in the left hand corner of the home page is a set of earphones.  Click on that and you can hear the broadcast.  Failing that the program will be added in the archives next week and you can listen at your convenience.

In addition, this weekend Phil and Bret are playing with The A Team gospel band at the Summit in Enumclaw at 7:00 Saturday night and 8:45 and 11:15 on Sunday morning.

Acoustic Couti Month At A Glance

After a very busy April Acoustic Couti is back  on the road with their unique brand of acoustic music from the entire 20Th century and playing several dates.

This Friday, May 6Th, Zola's Coffee on East Main Street in Auburn across from the Justice Center is hosting a 2 hour Acoustic Couti  performance from 7-9 PM.

Saturday, May 7Th, has them once again at the Covington Cutters Point Coffee in front of the Fred Meyer just off Highway 18 from 7-9 PM.

Sunday Phil will be playing solo for the joint Mother's Day Efforts of T-Bones Restaurant and Sip City Wines in Enumclaw.

The rest of the month is equally busy.
